What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product: wooden hangers from 2,000 pcs, dipped metal hangers from 5,000 pcs, plastic hangers from 10,000 pcs, and drying racks from 1,000 pcs. Mixed-SKU programs are negotiable for repeat buyers.
Do you support OEM / private label production?
Yes. We support full OEM and private label programs — custom logo (embossed, laser, printed), custom colors, sizes, hook types, and retail packaging. Contact us with your specifications for a tailored quote.
What is the typical production lead time?
Standard products typically take 15–25 days after sample approval. Custom mold or branding development may add 7–14 days for the first order. Repeat orders on approved samples are usually 15–20 days.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Pre-production samples are available for all product lines. Sample cost is typically covered or credited toward the bulk order. Lead time for samples is 5–10 days depending on customization requirements.
What quality control do you have in place?
We run incoming material inspection, in-line QC checks (dimension, finish, load), and a pre-shipment AQL inspection before container loading. Product test reports are available on request for plastic, metal, and drying rack lines.
Which countries do you export to?
We export globally, with active buyers across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. We can work with your freight forwarder or recommend logistics partners for FOB Ningbo / Shanghai shipments.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit before production, 70% before shipment. L/C and other terms may be available for established buyers — contact our sales team to discuss.

Why do some product photos show Qiyushi or Xiuzi branding?
Qiyushi and Xiuzi are our own brands under Zhensheng. These photos show real production and packaging examples. For OEM and private-label orders, we can produce the same or similar products with your own logo, label, color, and packaging.
