Quotation & Sample Plan
We respond within 24 hours with a preliminary price range, MOQ, lead time, and a proposed sample production plan. We can work from your drawing or create one based on your specifications.
Sample Production & Approval
Pre-production samples are made with your branding, finish, and dimension requirements. You review and sign off before bulk production begins. Adjustments are incorporated at this stage.
Bulk Manufacturing
Mass production starts with QC checks at incoming materials, in-line production, and before packaging. We keep you informed at key milestones with production status updates.
Inspection & Export
Final pre-shipment inspection confirms all quantities, dimensions, markings, and packaging match the approved sample. We prepare all export documents and coordinate freight as needed.
